OUGD404 - Studio Brief 01 - Final Development and Final Outcome

After finalising my design I Printed it not a cream coloured and a white stock. I chose to use a cream stock as some of the feedback I received recommended me to use a coloured stock. As I had already used colour images I decided to not to use a vibrant stock that would alter the image.

Once I had printed my publication I used the folding machine to create a valley fold in order to create the tri-fold. On my first print i made a mistake and didn't measure my publication properly. This however allowed me to experiment more and ensure that my fold was perfected for my actual publication.

I am pleased with my final design and was anxious that it would look bare and unprofessional. However once printed and folded i am pleased with the end result. I was worried the grid design would over crowd the publication however I feel it does not. The coloured stock makes the overall design more engaging however, because I added more colour images, this design is still interesting.
