OUGD406 - Studio Brief 02 - Feedback

After pitching my feedback many people liked the idea of using perfect imperfections in the spirographs as a security feature and incorporating it into my design. Many people recommended that i use the venial cutter pen attachment to produce my designs, however i don't believe this to be a truly traditional print method.

When i spoke about countries creating celebratory notes, particularly the new zealand note, many people liked this idea. I mentioned the flag change debate and many people agreed it would be good to design a bank note that gives New Zealand it's own national identity instead of being part of the old British Empire.

Many people recommended I look into the country's food and nature and use this to inform the patterns i design as well as colours that are associated with the culture of the country such as the flag colour.
