OUGD406 - Studio Brief 03 - Contract

It is was important in this brief that my team worked together and shared responsibilities. We all decided to take different design tasks for ourselves and then regroup and discuss our ideas after we had produced some work. This meant we all equally produced the work and produced designs collaboratively.

This is a simple contract that shares the workload amongst my group. It shows how we evenly distributed the work between ourselves, taking on the roles that best suited our skills. I designed the invitation and feedback sheets, Thea, designed an envelope with the invitation, Ed designed the logo and promotional posters, Erin designed a publication that would be available for people viewing our work, Alec worked on the social media side of the exhibition to help promote it and Bethan worked on producing a list of studios and professionals to invite and breweries we could ask to provide drinks on the opening night as well as design a way of presenting the work.

This makes the project a lot more professional and gives us an idea of how designers work in the industry. We all agreed to meet up weekly and discuss what we had produced in that week and when it came closer to actually pitching our concept to the tutors, we sat down together and worked together to ensure our project was cohesive.
